Technical University of Munich awards ‘Entrepreneur of Excellence’ title to Dr.-Ing. E.h. Hans Huber
On the occasion of their annual celebratory day ’Dies Academicus 2011’ the Technical University of Munich (TUM) awarded for the first time the ‘Entrepreneur of Excellence’ title.
TUM President Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Wolfgang A. Herrmann handed over the award to Dr.-Ing. E.h. Hans Huber
The university’s alumni are successful entrepreneurs today. As role models they encourage also junior scientists to found new companies. Among the honorees is Dr.-Ing. E.h. Hans Georg Huber. He received the award for his achievements as a successful, farsighted entrepreneur who has not been afraid to assume business risks, and for his function as a role model for future generations.
