After a factory tour through the production halls at HUBER's corporate headquarters in Berching/Erasbach at the beginning, the new employees were officially welcomed in the HUBER Forum. Michael Hiller (Head of Human Resources) and Kristina Kölbl (Human Resources Officer) introduced the company and introduced the participants to the HUBER working world.

During an interactive element of onboarding, the new "HUBERians" who started their work at HUBER over the last three months were able to get to know each other directly in person and thus make their first interdepartmental contacts.

Works council chairman Robert Freygang presented the work of the works council and emphasised the very good cooperation among the employees and the internal communication.

Investments and increasing number of employees: HUBER continues to grow

At the end of 2022, the HUBER Group employed about 1400 people worldwide, about 850 of them at the company's headquarters in Berching/Erasbach, including about 65 apprentices. The employment trend continues to rise: active in a crisis-proof future industry for the environment and water as a resource, HUBER continues to grow. The company is currently investing around 50 million euros in the expansion of its sites in Germany and the USA.

In 2023 alone, 74 colleagues will be honoured for at least ten years of service to the company, which underlines the employees' great commitment and loyalty to the company. The honours are expected to take place in the spring at an internal event.
